Can’t say enough about these guys! House was struck by lightning on a Saturday, I called Monday morning and they had someone out Monday afternoon to take a look. Tropical Storm Debbie was headed to the Gulf and they had my roof repaired by that Friday. Super weight lifted off our shoulders with the storm coming and knowing the repair had been made. Highly recommended company!

I settled on Richardson -Stenton roofing.I couldn't be more happy with the entire process. From the initial contact on the phone to the finished product and paying the bill. Chase, my contact with Richardson-Stenton roofing, was always available and always had an answer to any question that I might have. And I was very happy with the price. They stayed true to their contract price other than an extra sheet of plywood to repair some existing bad spots. Had I known the process was going to be this stress-free, I'd have done it a few years back.

Richardson-Stinton did a quality job re-roofing our home; shingle and flat. The crew conscientiously worked to complete the job in the timeframe they indicated. I’d give the roof job a 9 which to me is extremely high and deserved. The overall experience has a 10 rating; that based on their customer service, patience, immediate call backs, and small punch list assessment and corrections. I rarely find businesses that are as responsive as they have been. They asked to be paid only when the job was completely finished to our satisfaction. All in all, from sales and samples and direction to other jobs to view, to office personnel etc, I would not expect to find better. If they’re on your list of roofing considerations, drop the rest and stay with Richardson. They may not be the least expensive quote you might get but they’re worth every penny more they may charge..B. Gold & S. Ames

Richard Stinson Roofing did an excellent job with quality materials and labor. Provided enough staff to tear off,inspect, paper with underpayment and then shingles. All boots were new and painted to match, gutter and downspouts cleared of any debris , all trash from yard picked up, and the yard and drive rolled with Magnets . Windows and doors protected from falling debris!!! I could not ask for better… all in one day.

We were referred to Richardson-Stinton Roofing by a dear friend and from countless local residents who have used this company for their roofing needs. We recently had our roof replaced by this company and it was a super easy and wonderful experience! Communication with Chase was amazing, what a nice and professional gentleman! Their price was most reasonable and fair compared to five other quotes we received. Had the roof ripped off and replaced on our large home within two days, the crew fixed everything that needed to be repaired/replaced, and cleaned up perfectly when they were finished. Chase sent us pictures of the progress and we couldn't be happier! He also had patience and waited for our insurance company to do their part. End result is a beautiful roof as promised! Thanks to Chase and his crew for a fabulous job!
